This is a one special intimate place and whether you are planning an indulgent spa break, girly spa weekend getaway or just simply want to unwind with a soothing massage after a hard day’s work, business meetings or you used our range of vast outdoor activities there’s no better place to rest up, recharge and get pampered than our spa.
Our specialists are here to help you choose the right spa treatment.
Our spa consists of two parts with two relaxation zones. Wet section with Finnish sauna, steam bath with aromatherapy and light therapy, power showers, RASUL mud bath with aromatherapy and light therapy, and a terrace with a unique hot tub for professional massage therapy. There are 4 treatment stations in the water therapy unit - each for a different type of massage.
The second part is treatment rooms with a wide range of procedures including a cosmetic treatment room equipped with the latest equipment for non-invasive effectively enhancing facial procedures . Therapy and massage services are provided by a physiotherapist with numerous courses recognized around the world.
The relaxation zone of this part is the crystal salt chamber with brine graduation tower.
HEALTH SPA RULES AND REGULATIONS
SPA regulations
1. SPA is a place designated mainly for adults, under 18’s can use selected treatments only with the written consent of parents or carers.
2. Salt cave with salt brine can be used by children of all ages under the care of their parents.
3. SPA treatments may not be used:
• pregnant women (including body treatments and most massages) and during menstruation;
• persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• people with symptoms of health conditions, cutaneous wounds, visible skin diseases;
Persons who are chronically ill, undergo long-term treatment, if the illness or medication is unable to perform SPA treatments.
3. For the first appointment you should arrive 10 minutes before the appointed time in the bathrobe and in disposable slippers (if it is in the room)
4. Reservations can be changed or cancelled at least 3 hours in advance. Services cancelled after 3 hours before their scheduled start will be charged 50% of the value of the service ordered.
8. The SPA staff is not responsible for the items left in the rooms or changing rooms.
9. SPA is a place of relaxation and tranquility, therefore it is forbidden in the SPA area:
• use of mobile phones,
• smoking tobacco,
• alcohol consumption,
• behaving in a loud way, disturbing the peace of others using the SPA.
10. Personnel is entitled to request a person who does not comply with the above rules and regulations or misbehaving to leave the SPA.
